On February, 20th 2007г in Radomyshlsky the center of employment the meeting of graduates of local professional liceum with employers of area took place. Among graduates - pupils of liceum who soon, having passed practice, will start out a labour life. Within three years of study they received trades of the electrician, the car mechanician, the driver of a vehicle, therefore on a meeting there were invited heads, chiefs of staff departments and representatives of those enterprises, which necessary workers of these trades. The deputy director of the center of employment Alla Kondratyuk has noted that those trades which will be soon had by graduates of liceum have demand for a labour market of region. Graduates have acquainted with features of the enterprises and the organizations, emphasizing requirements to qualification of workers and conditions of modern manufacture. Lyceum students questions of passage of an industrial practice, a condition of reception, for work, earnings interested. About introduction of modern technologies in manufacture have told to graduates director of Open Society „ Vyshevichi Agrotehnika” N.Stashenko, the deputy director, on personnel questions of Open Society " ПБК " Radomyshlsky ” N.Pjatkivska. With specificity of work at the enterprises have acquainted pupils the chief engineer of Management from operation of a gas facilities of I.Metlushenko, the chief accountant of branch №1 „Malinspecbud” L.Timoshenko. About prospect of development of again created enterprise to which highly skilled electricians and drivers in the near future will be necessary has told director N.Kuntsevich's. The expert of the center of employment of N.Romanov has defined priority directions of increase of a professional level, has wished graduates of liceum to pass successfully an industrial practice, to pass examinations, to become highly skilled workers, and the main thing to find work.
