Interview of N. Stashenko newspaper "Propozitsiya" 2002

Any more first time among prizes for subscribers of the newspaper "Propozitsiya" - disk harrows of Open Society “  Vyshevichi Agrotehnika”. The enterprise constantly types turns, increasing sales volumes, confidently collecting "voices" of " rural industrial electorate ” Ukraine, winning “ through passage percent ” and on foreign markets. About achievements, secrets of a survival in present economic conditions, plans for the future chairman of board of Open Society  “ Vyshevichi Agrotehnika” Nikolay Stashenko.

Results - Open Society  “ Vyshevichi Agrotehnika” continues to work above manufacture of agricultural machinery from cultivation of ground on technology of conservation of energy. We very much are proud last year's parameters, in fact our collective has made production in the past to year twice more than in 2000. It, certainly, can please us, but we to advice not only our achievements, but also happy with that solvency of manufacturers of the agricultural goods has grown. 

In the past to year by us it is developed, and in it to year it is already introduced in manufacture two kinds of agricultural machines: a cultivator for continuous cultivation of ground KPS-4 and a skating rink for cultivation of ground. These two kinds of technics we have made to order Moldavian agricultural manufacturers, and they are successfully realized. If to approve about financial results of the enterprise, they also satisfactory. In the past to year we have reached a level of the average salary on the enterprise 430 UAH. 

Labour productivity has grown in 1,5 times. It is result of change of the attitude of our workers to work. The management of Open Society “ Vyshevichi Agrotehnika ” all does to enable workers both to make production, and to earn quite good money for the family. Pleases us that for last eight months we have given an employment 25 person. 

Generally, we let out the same disk harrows. For the sake of increase of their reliability and quality have made modernization. Constantly we work above the further improvement so that our technics could be competitive not only on domestic, but also in farther markets. Our production is well enough realized in Moldova. In the past to year have put to Moldova of technics on 700 thousand UAH. Two our harrows with success work and in Romania. 

Our collective is proud of that we not only let out production which is necessary for village, and not only we earn money, but also we help those not protected layers of the population which very much require the help (our hand of the help feel both veterans of war, and a boarding school). In fund of such help it is given the sum nearby 15 thousand UAH. In the past to year it is paid taxes to the sum 627 thousand UAH. Hence, for these taxes are paid by our collective is possible was to keep 500 pensioners. It we are proud. 

For five months of current year manufacture of our technics has grown in 1,5 times in comparison with the similar period in the past to year. We do not lose rate of work. In the past to year on own account we have expanded the basic means, have enclosed in expansion of our enterprise 60 thousand UAH and have in addition got eight units of equipment. Besides new premises for technics are constructed. We in the past to year have mastered repair of the fuel equipment, and also have made a site of repair of electric motors. 

For performance of these works we learned people at other enterprises. The collective lives, works and with confidence in tomorrow looks ahead. We, in turn, create conditions for expansion of a technical outlook of people. In every possible way we support any initiative which could cause whether expansion of manufacture, whether improvement of quality of our production. I shall note, that at the enterprise the system of material encouragement operates. At the same time severely we punish bunglers. 

We hope, that since new year our agricultural production will give if and not good have arrived, then will give enclosed by us to it means. However, problems does not manage, in fact property share Joint-Stock Company “ Agrarian firm Vyshevichi ” to citizens whom send from it and have transferred ground share to us, does not give. The reference to regional and regional state administrations to us have answered, that enforcement authorities have no right to interfere with financial economic activities and to carry out checks. 

In the past to year 109 person have handed over to us ground share. Now we have also an affiliated agricultural enterprise which is engaged directly in manufacture of agricultural production. We have already about 300 hectares of the ground. In the past to year it have partly set winter. In it to year - fervent cultures, have landed a potato, a beet, cabbage, have got 20 pigs, equipped a farm with pigs. In an agricultural production have enclosed almost 100 thousand UAH own means. 

Our achievements in manufacture of agricultural machinery I explain not only that has worked our collective, technical, engineering services, but also fruitful cooperation with the National centre of science “ Institute of mechanization and electrification of an agriculture ” UAAN, first of all, with director of institute Jacob Gukovim. With this person it is pleasant to communicate and work, it is possible to solve the problem operatively without bureaucratic delay. 

Our production all is certificated. It, in what that to a measure, - a guarantee. The official warranty period makes 18 months. If there is a breakage through our fault, we trouble-free give spare parts. On the decision of any problem connected with operation, we, usually, have day, a maximum - two. We guarantee to the client who has bought our technics, that, how many it would not maintain it, at it never will be problems with spare parts. 

Many are surprised: as it so - former "Agricultural machinery" is engaged in manufacture of technics for processing a ground. However we have a more potential and technically. Tell, please, where you saw, that in most usual "Agricultural machinery" plasma birches have been introduced? Was not such. And at us is. Devices for welding in the environment of carbonic gas are introduced also. One word, during “ new times ” we were completed. And this everything, I shall note, own means.

We are able to earn means, we are able to use correctly them, putting in development of our enterprise. All our work is directed on having production of appropriate quality and under the comprehensible price. In fact our workers know all, that there will be it - there will be also a salary. The pursuit of money sometimes harms to quality, and it, in turn, will cause poverty. If to compare with the price and quality, that, possibly, the best parity will be had with our soil-cultivating technics.
