Agricultural manufacturers of Ukraine do not hasten to hand over grain in Agrarian fund.

Agrarian fund of Ukraine of the beginnings of purchase of grain of a new crop for formation of the state food reserve. The order 63 from 07.072010 years of department establishes the prices for grain.

According to the director of the Zaporozhye regional branch of fund Alexander Smirnova, according to the commission of the government grain is bought under the prices: wheat of 3rd class - 1150 grn/t, 6th class - 960 grn/t, barley of 1 class - 950 grn/t, 3 classes - 860 grn/t.

These prices approximately on 8-10 % below last year's. According to A.Smirnova, purchase limits on the Zaporozhye area are not established yet. In total during the current year the Agrarian fund, according to the current legislation, should buy in the state food reserve of food grain in volume of 14 % of its general consumption that will make 881 thousand tons.

On the Zaporozhye area grain accept 14 elevatorov while agricultural manufacturers only are interested in the prices, and grain do not hand over, inform "Melitopol sheets". According to the head of state of emergency of "Askon" and the chairman of the Agrarian Union of Ukraine Gennady Novikova, the price for grain low, therefore agricultural manufacturers do not hurry up to hand over grain. The agrarian union of Ukraine and farmer association have addressed to the President of Ukraine V.Yanukovych with the request to hold a working meeting with heads of the public profile organisations on which the situation which has developed in the Ukrainian market of grain would be considered.

Moreover, considering present weather conditions, the price for grain should be rather big. Wheat of the Krasnodar and Odessa selection, because of a moisture considerable quantity, has sprouted in an ear and some manufacturers should hand over it on fodder.

The interests in the market are lobbied spirit by the industry, which annual requirements for grain about one million tons.
